Become a Kansas City Barbeque Society (KCBS)
Certified Barbeque Judge!

The class is slated for July 31, 2010, at Backyard Barbeque Family Restaurant. The cost of the class for KCBS non-members is $75, and includes a KCBS membership and one-year subscription to KCBS' monthly publication, the Bullsheet. The cost for current KCBS members is $50.
